Aloe Vera is a nature’s gift for women’s beauty!
It is a succulent plant species of the genus Aloe.
An evergreen perennial, it originates from the Arabian Peninsula but grows wild in tropical climates around the world and is cultivated for agricultural and medicinal uses.
We can use Aloe vera for various purposes in various forms, which is beneficial for skin hair and a healthy life.
Here are some tips on, how we can use Alow vera in different methods to get various health benefits.
For increasing the skin tone, color, smoothness:
Take two tea spoons of aloe gel, one tea spoon of gram flour, half tea spoons of honey and blend it well and apply it on face and body, then leave it for twenty minutes and wash.
For skin cleansing, age wrinkles and sun tan:
Add a tea spoon of lemon juice and one tsp of green tea with one tea spoon of aloe vera gel or pulp and blend it well and apply it on face and skin and leave it for fifteen minutes and wash it with warm water.
For long and strong, smooth, shiny hair:
Apply five tea spoons of coconut oil on the scull and hair and massage it for fifteen minutes, then prepare a pack made of five tea spoons of aloe vera gel and one egg white matter and apply it on skull and hair.
Leave it for twenty minutes and wash the hair with herbal powder/ shampoo.
For sun burn:
Apply aloe vera gel as sunscreen cream while getting out of home.
For skin glow and internal cleansing:
Drink one glass of aloe vera juice daily for a beneficiary effect.
For menstrual problems:
It can be taken internally in the form of well prepared Ayurvedic medicines.
It will improve flow of menstrual fluid, cleanse the uterus, regulate the menstrual cycle, and other menstrual disorders.
